Stephan is an awarded strategy and transformation leader with more than 25 years of global work experience. He drives transformation, innovation, turnaround, and operational excellence in life-sciences companies of all sizes — from startups to Global 20 enterprises in converging industries including Pharma, Biotech, Diagnostics, and Medical Devices with passion, integrity, and hands-on leadership.

His international executive positions included CEO, COO, CIO, Chief Growth Officer, Chief of Staff, Chief Innovation Officer, Chief Strategy Officer, Principal, and Regulatory Compliance Officer with extensive experience in entrepreneurship, start-up, academia, government, global corporations, and startups in various industries and geographies including Europe/Middle East/Africa (EMEA), the Americas, and Asia-Pacific (APAC)..

He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), a Professional Scrum Master (PSM-I), and a graduate of the MIT Advanced Certificate for Executives (ACE) and IMD/MIT Entrepreneurship Development Program (EDP) programs.

Melanie transforms your sales force to win the big accounts and readies your operations to deliver on your promise.

She serves as Vice President of Business Development at Weichert Workforce Mobility and as the Program Committee Chair of the Northeast Ohio Relocation Round (NEORR).

Melanie’s extensive work experience includes global mobility management and creating global sales strategy, negotiating and implementing FORTUNE Global 100 serviced apartment programs, running day-to-day operations for multiple markets around the world, and aligning global teams in the hospitality industry for almost two decades. She is also a sought-after and awarded mentor for startup companies in the Greater New York City area.

Melanie led global accounts for global hospitality companies, shaping strategic growth, account development, and global sales teams as Vice President in Europe and the United States. Frequently awarded and battle-tested, Melanie is directly responsible for the opening and success of the New York City market in the immediate wake of the 9/11 terrorist attacks.

Melanie holds a Certified Relocation Professional (CRP), a Global Mobility Specialist (GMS) designation, and a graduate degree in International Business.
